When retuning items to Tiger Tool for warranty / repair assessment please make sure you have completed the following:
Tool has been cleaned thoroughly
Tool is boxed up complete and is packaged securely
Information that must be included inside the box:
o Return Address
o Contact Name
o Contact Phone Number
o Original Proof of Purchase
o A Brief Description of IssueTool must be shipped prepaid to:

Sumas, WA 98295If the tool is covered by warranty it will be returned prepaid, if the tool isn’t covered under warranty the customer will be responsible for the returned freight.
Once the tool has been accepted at our facility it will be evaluated by our warranty department where they will determine if the item will be replaced under warranty or if there will be a charge for repair. If a repair charge is required we will contact you before doing any repairs to get authorization and or payment
Expected turn around time from date of receipt is 3 to 5 business days. If there will be delay due to unforeseen events (backorder, etc.) we will make every effort to contact you to keep you updated on the current repair status.
