Purchase of Tiger Tool International Incorporated “Tiger” product(s) may either be difficult, frustrating, and/or exclude you from Tiger’s warranty, service or support if you purchase from an “Unauthorized Reseller”.

Difficulty, frustration, and/or warranty exclusions can arise;

1. When a dealer advertises Tiger Products, but has no access to the product. The motivation is often to lure you to a website where an attempt will be made to “bait and switch” you to a similar, but inferior product.
2. “Knock-off” products are usually made “off shore”, and while they may look the same, are not made with the same quality of materials and strict standard of machining tolerances etc. Unsuspecting Buyers have acquired products that are “knock-off” versions intended to look like ours, only to be thoroughly disappointed with the experience. If it doesn’t say “Tiger Tool” on the product, it’s not manufactured by Tiger.
3. “Knock-off” products are typically unserviceable. Tiger does not service or repair non Tiger products.

Warranty Exclusions

In addition to our existing warranty limitations, warranty does not apply to your purchase of our product under any of the following conditions:
1. The Product has been purchased from an Unauthorized Reseller listed on our “Unauthorized Reseller” list as provided herein below.
2. Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a Unauthorized Reseller
