Submitting a Warranty Claim
With all the care, craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every Tiger Tool product, you can be sure you’re choosing a product that’s built to last and engineered to perform. Tiger Tool offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on castings, two years on machined or threaded parts and one year warranty on hydraulic components. We offer two options for warranty assessment:
1. For the quickest service, email photos of the tool to [email protected]. Photos must clearly show all angles of the tool, including one of the head of the forcing screw where applicable. In many cases, we will be able to make an accurate assessment from these images. Some instances may still require the tool to be sent in to us for closer inspection. Average turnaround time is one week.
2. Alternately, the tool can be shipped back to us freight prepaid. We will repair and return the tool if covered or contact you with a repair quote if not. Average turnaround time is two-three weeks.
Returning Unwanted Product
Refunds will be given for new, unused product minus a 20% restocking fee. A valid RMA/RGA is required prior to sending any product back to Tiger Tool. Failure to obtain an RMA/RGA and clearly label on returned product will result in a 30% restocking fee. Discontinued product can be returned for up to one year after notice date. Product sold as Clearance or Refurbished is non-returnable.
