Shipping
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In-stock items ordered Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing, and often ship, that same day. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or stat holidays.
What happens if a tool I order is on backorder?
If an item is out of stock (backordered), you will be notified via email or phone with the following options:
1) Wait for item to be replenished (balance of order will be shipped at no extra cost).
2) Receive a refund on the backordered item and process the order with the items that are in stock.
3)Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Do you sell individual parts?
Yes. All available parts are available on the parent's product page.
How long do I have to return my Tiger Tool?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase if you choose to return your Tiger Tool. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You can start the process here.
How do I return my Tiger Tool for warranty assessment?
To submit a tool for warranty assessment, you must obtain an RMA number which can be done here.
How long is my Tiger Tool covered under warranty?
Cast portions are covered for as long as the original customer owns the tool. Threaded areas, bolts and machined components are covered for two years from date of purchase. Hydraulic components are covered for one year from date of purchase.
