Returns
Retail Customers may return any product purchased (except for products identified as clearance or refurbished) within 60 days of delivery.

Wholesale Customers may return any product purchased (except for products identified as clearance or refurbished) within 365 days of delivery. Wholesale returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, however, if you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us at info@tigertool.com

Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your product qualified for “free shipping” and is returned, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
